We wanted to thank you for giving Chatty a happy birthday in the mountains. Thanks for keeping us updated about how he was doing as we worry when he is gone and have to hold back from calling hourly for an update. It was apparent that you cared about all your charges' individual needs and foibles as soon as we met you and them. The phrase you used "He totally staked out his favorite dog bed and has been sleeping with occasional moments of totally cuddly sweetness" warmed our hearts and gave us confidence that he was happy with you, as you were seeing him how he normally is. "totally cuddly sweetness" is his new nickname 🙂 Thank you for the detailed report on him when you returned him and for trying his boots out - stomping in all the puddles sounds just like him - he looks clean but actually loves mud. And thank you for your flexibility and the convenience of your last minute drop off for getting him back. We were rather tired after 30 miles, 10,000 to 13,000 feet of climbing and 8 hours of hauling ass(es). Thanks so much! We will not hesitate to recommend you and to bring him back when he needs taking care of. If you ever have any donkey related needs do let us know. We live and train donkeys at a rescue shelter with 60 long ears.

We have a Red Heeler named Red and a Yorkie named Nutmeg and they are our children. Rebecca with Mountain Pals is the only one we entrust our children to. Every time we leave the country they get to go on vacation also. We always know they are going to have just as good of time or better than us. I am able to leave my high-energy Heeler barking to go out and run and when we pick them up they are both happy healthy and tired for at least 2 days. This last time they got to go hiking, biking, swimming and playing with their best friend Maize. Even though Rebecca now lives 100 miles away, we are more than happy to drive that far to have the piece of mind to know our children are not only being very well taken care of, but also that they will have fun at the same time. If you are looking for more than just a pet sitter, Mountain Pals is the way to go and well worth it.

My dog and cat absolutely love Mountain Pals. I travel a lot and work a lot and it is so helpful to make sure that my pets' needs are met when I am unavailable for them. Mountain Pals is positive, vibrant, trustworthy, generous, and above all, the healthiest choice for my pets. Thank you for all that you do!

Rebecca somehow simultaneously juggles over-active young dogs and 'wheelchair bound' seniors with ease. She treats each dog with respect and has a natural way with dogs of all ages. Rebecca's own dog, Maize, is the picture of perfection and an eager companion for both young, hyper-active pups, and mellow homebodies.
Our dogs love hanging out with Rebecca, she does a great job with socializing and exercising dogs of all ages and sizes. She is also very knowledgeable of pet health problems. Both of our dogs require special diets and medications; I have no doubts leaving them in her hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else to watch my dogs. I also know all the animals she cares for get much more attention than other locally available pet sitting options.
